Mission Statement
The Bits & Bots robotic team strives to recognize and inspire people in our community to be science and technology leaders. We will use bits of high school students, bits of adult professionals, bits of local support, bits of parts and material, bits of business savy to make a bot that will compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition each year.
Overall Goal
Our goal is to provide learning opportunities and experiences in Science – Technology – Engineering – Mathematics (STEM), leadership and business management for high school students of Cowlitz County. We will do this through the development and operation of a registered FIRST FRC team. The team will be a year round club run through the Longview School District.
Team 3812, Bits & Bots, is a five-year-old FRC team that is based in Longview, Washington. Currently, the team is operated through the Longview School District within Mark Morris High School; however, any student located in Cowlitz County is welcome to join. To learn more about us, click here.
